For patients who are not close to one of our locations in Florida, Massachusetts, or New York or would prefer to engage with our medical team remotely, Core Medical Group offers telehealth. Most of the requirements can be conducted remotely by our Medical Team. You will have to visit a local lab for your blood work as well as provide us with a physical exam report once per year.

Once you pay your onboarding and lab fees, you are considered a new patient at Core Medical Group.  Your next step is to complete your blood work so we can schedule a telehealth consultation. After your telehealth consult, our medical provider will send you your personalized health recommendations, and your dedicated patient coordinator will assist you throughout the entire process.
