Can't find a location near you? No problem! We're licensed in 47 states and offer services through telehealth visits. We have a corporate headquarters located in BocaRaton, FL and two additional in-office clinics in Florida. Our other two in-office clinics are in New York and Massachusetts.
Most of our medical requirements to become a patient at CoreMedical Group can be conducted remotely by our Medical Team. You will have to visit a local lab for your blood work, and we will conduct a physical exam every 8 months OR as recommended by our Medical Team.
