After speaking with Bret over the phone for my initial appointment I knew I made the right decision. Bret related to me well being a veteran and he was super transparent on the process. After hearing the steps to proceed I was worried there would be additional fees to follow this appointment. I was shocked to find out that they don’t hit you with fee, after fee, after fee. I just paid a very reasonable one time fee. Now my blood work is covered, my telegraph appointment is covered… and I’m covered until I decide on a plan. Excited to move forward. Thanks Bret.

He is super helpful, knowledgeable and gave me so much information about products and options available to me. Brandon is my patient coordinator, he is excellent. Professional staff who focus on customers needs and goals instead of a sale, unlike many in their industry. I’ve worked with other clinics that push product instead of focusing on what is truly needed and the long term. It’s huge too that they test for a lot with their blood work panel, where most just look at your standard panel of hormones. The customer service is great and their product and services are fantastic. Highly recommend.
